The Professional Development & Networking (PDN) Committee is is tasked with helping prepare graduate students, professional students and postdoctoral scholars for their careers after graduation, both within and beyond academia. The PDN does this by organizing a variety of events that serve to increase collaboration across the university and improve graduate and professional students' and postdocs' academic and professional skill sets (e.g., Graduate Student Leaders ConferenceGradResearch LiveGradTeach LiveLife After Graduate School Conference).

The PDN Committee also helps graduate and professional students on campus develop non-academic skills and resources that will help ensure their success in graduate school, and it provides all graduate students, professional students, and postdoctoral scholars across UK with different opportunities to come together, network, and celebrate (e.g., Ice Cream SocialGraduate Student Gala, and Networking Hangouts).
