President: Marguerite (Maisy) Webster

Maisy Webster is a fourth-year clinical psychology PhD student. She holds a B.A. in Public Health and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University and a M.S. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kentucky. Maisy’s research focuses on improving the quality and accessibility of behavioral health services for patients with cancer and other chronic diseases. Outside of work, Maisy enjoys running, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.

Vice President: Kameron Cox

Kameron Cox is a second-year Master of Public Policy candidate at the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University and is committed to advancing public systems that are equitable, transparent, and sustainable. His policy interests encompass environmental justice, sustainable development, conservation and climate change policy, and nonprofit capacity and advocacy, all grounded in a strong belief in the power of public policy to effect meaningful and lasting change.

Chief of Staff: Jamar Green

Jamar Green is a second-year PhD student in the Studies in Higher Education program. He is from Linden, NJ, but currently resides in Lexington, KY. He holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Law & Justice Studies and Africana Studies, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education, all from Rowan University. His research interests are in Black student leadership and mentorship, and recruitment and retention of men of color in higher education initiatives. Jamar is currently a Research Assistant in the College of Education's Evaluation Center. Outside the classroom, he enjoys cooking, baking, going to brunch, and spending time with friends.

President Emeritus: Edward Olajide

Edward Olajide is a veterinarian with special interest in the Equine species. Edward received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is currently working toward a doctoral degree in Equine Infectious Diseases focusing on Equid Alphaherpesvirus 1 (EHV-1) latency. He has interests in Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine, Animal Welfare, and One Health. Outside academia, Edward loves traveling, community outreach, and playing soccer.
